I first came in contact with Champion Honda in 2007 when I needed basic service (tires, oil) on my Suzuki C50. I met Scott and Mike who was working service. After that my wife got a Honda Shadow and I moved up into a VTX 1800. Service was always easy to set up and get done and back out on the road. Then things changed for me personally and I sold the Honda's and got a Harley Ultra Limited with the extended warranty and service package from the local dealer. I did not go back to Champion for a couple years, till I was looking for a second bike. When I walked in Scott was doing finance and greeted me, first name like we had seen each other the day before. The point? I have been into the Harley dealer for service, events, modifications to the bike, even brought them a customer who bought a bike since November 2013 and the guys in service (some have been there the whole time) look at me with a deer in the headlights look! They don't know who I am, half the time they can't find me in the computer even want to argue about that I don't have a service plan, I have had to go to corporate to force them to do warranty work, but they always want to sell me a new bike! Go to Champions of Cocoa and you not only get good service, you get friends for life!

My sales person was Bob La Monde I can`t say enough good things about him. This was my first purchase ever for a motorcycle and he answered all my questions as a newbie. My motorcycle was ready when I came to pickup on 12/7/2019 all gased and ready to go. We had some issues with putting the bike on the trailer and Bob and his guys did a wonderful job of securing the bike the proper way. Champions had exactly the bike I was looking for. I called Scott and got all of the information I needed to make a purchase decision. I live more than 6 hours from Cocoa, so I told Scott when I would be there to complete the deal and pick up the bike. When I got to the dealership the bike was sitting in a waiting area with a "SOLD" sign on it. All of the paperwork was ready and it took less than 10 minutes to complete. Scott helped me load the bike and less than an hour after I got to the dealership, I was on the road, headed back home. A nice surprise was the fuel tank was FULL. This is the 52nd motorcycle I have owned and it was the easiest, smoothest purchase I have made. I got the right bike for a good price from a great dealership.

Went in to look for a bike for my significant other and Brett C helped us out. He was really great and knowledgeable about the bikes we were looking at. He even went as far as getting us a few drinks while we waited to hear back from finance. Though it seems small it made our experience better. We started looking at Ninja 400s and a few 600 class bikes however my girlfriend and I decided it would be best to pick out a 400 class. The bike we picked was a perfect fit for my girlfriends height and her level of experience riding. She fell in love with the bike. i came in to buy a14 Indian Chief Vintage. My friend texted me the Facebook add. I called fri, set an appointment for 11 am on sat. by 2:30 I I was riding it home. I came prepared and Austin [GUPPY] my sales rep. put it together and made it fast and easy. The entire sales team made the experience great. It was a true team effort. The sales manager made the deal complete with a extended warranty and still was able to keep my payments below my budget. Plus I got gap insurance. These guys are the best. You will never find a better place to buy a bike, service a bike or buy accessories. Every time I enter the store I feel welcome, from the guys greeting me by name or them asking how my bike is doing and have I being getting out on my bike.

Mike (Spike) my sales guy has sold me 3 bikes over the years and each one has been more amazing than the last. He has never wasted my time and has always been honest and up front with me. The sales guys have never harassed me or wife and never applied any pressure to buy. These guys really do keep their word and only ever called me if a bike I wanted came in. They have always returned my calls.

The guys in accessories and parts (Julia and Vinnie) never make you feel stupid and always go above and beyond from helmet fitting for me and wife to Bluetooth communicator installs these guys are great. They have searched out parts for me, recommended parts and accessories for me and never been wrong. They have also helped me out with accessories warranties. Any accessories or parts I've ever ordered they have called me to come and collect, I never have to follow up with them.

Service department again is great, the guys have picked up my bike from my house done the work in a very timely manor and gotten the bike back to me ASAP. I never fear leaving my bike with them because I know they'll treat it respectfully and properly. They always call me once the bike is ready or if there is any issues to get my permission to proceed with repair or replacement.

This is an altogether great dealership, they are my first stop shop for all my needs. I have dealt with other shops but never have the others come close to these guys. I can't recommend them enough.

I was searching the internet for an Africa Twin DCT and came across Champions Honda Kawasaki Dealership. They had a brand new 2016 DCT, the model I was looking for and at a great discount. I saw that they could guarantee financing so i called them. Within hours I received a call From Brian, one of their salesman. I told him about my interest, but disclosed that I didn't have a "stellar" credit score. He told me not to worry. I recieved a call from Tony, in finance, and we were able to work out some numbers and Honda Financial approved me at a great interest rate. Im from south Texas, about 1450 miles away, so I flew in on Thursday, 10/26/17 and after 2 stops and three planes, last one was a turbo prop, I landed in Orlando. A young man Named Austin, picked me up and drove me to the dealership around 50 minutes away. Very quickly I was made to feel at home. I met with Julia, parts manager who acquired a few after market modifications , and Skip, another Finance manager. These guys were really friendly and made sure i was happy with mu purchase. I rode my new purchase back to Texas @ 1450 miles with a big smile on my face. On my way out, I told Brian that I would be back for the 2018 Goldwing in about 18 months. Overall a great experiences. I just want to thank the guys at Champions for the great service I received today. Not only was it good service, but it was timely. Talk about flexible. I brought my CB500-X in one and a half hours before they closed. I walk through the door and ask, "What are the chances of getting a new back tire put on my motorcycle?" The response was not what I was expecting, The Service department professional responded, "Very good, as a matter of fact." As I said, it was not what I expect to hear. I was expecting to hear something like, "Well, we can hook you up with a tire, but we can' t put it on until tomorrow." I was pleasantly pleased that that was not the response. After further inspection they also informed me that I should probably get my front tire replaced too because of the way it was wearing. After a bit of haggling, they gave me the best price they could and within an hour, I was riding out the garage and down the street with two new tires. I just want to thank all the guys at Champions from the sales to the service department for all the great service I have received for the past four years. The bike I bought just arrived this afternoon. Just got back from a short ride with the Wife and her first words were "Thanks Honey, I had fun and I was really comfortable" . Words I hadn't heard since buying a sport/touring bike last year. Wifey simply could not ride on it and the bike spent more time in the garage than on the road. I purchased a pre owned Triumph Thunderbird from Will and the deal was handled by Tony. The guy's couldn't have made it any easier. Bottom line, you folks made my motorcycling life alot happier. I hope to have this bike for a good long while. As long as the Wife is happy....I'm happy.

The service department is great and always helpful, as well as the parts department. I have always loved going there for the great people and atmosphere, but when I go to look at a new purchase and get laughed at by the MANAGER! About my view point and price point of a vehicle that's it. I will never buy a bike or a ATV from them again which I was in the market for. I have sent them 3 people that bought that day one being cash but like I said I will never suggest them to someone other than service or parts and tell them to be weary of the sales department, and will never buy from them again!!!

I originally went to Champions to get a part for a bike i have . While in the store I met Pat he sold me a nice Suzuki 750 sport bike Pat is a great salesman! I will recommend Pat and Champions Honda to all my friends and family !

Pat Arnold was my salesperson, what a pleasure doing business with him, he made me a fair offer on a quick sale over the phone and that was it . This whole process took 30 minutes upon arrival I was met by Pat we did about 15 minutes worth of paperwork .. And then we would talk to the sales director Norm Terry . Without a title in my hand for my trade normal less than 30 minutes when online talk to synchrony bank and made it happen. The Prost process took another 20 minutes. Then I went to talk to doll in finance, with patients she explain my options we both agreed that extended warranty at this time was appropriate inexpensive and a great piece of insurance this process took about 15 minutes . In less than an hour I had the bike of my dreams my side-by-side pioneer 1000 bike was delivered to me in an hour that's right I was driving my new bike with the thanks of Mike in sales and transportation . After the flight was removed from the trailer Mike explained all the safety features the dues and don'ts and spent a lot of time just kicking it with me what a great experience it's nice to know that somebody's doing it right the team at champion is definitely a five star place of business my thanks to the team, Gary G.

I have been doing a restoration project on an old Kawasaki Jet Mate and it seems I always need another part to do the job right, so I have placed a lot of parts orders. I have been dealing with Alex and he is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I get the parts that I order quickly & always get a phone call that they are in. Having dealt with other dealerships in the past, I must say that this is the best service I have received from any dealership.

My camping (and riding) buddy had been in touch with Bob LaMonde about used inventor, so we went by Champions Honda during a camping weekend in Cape Canaveral. The amount of used stock was better than any other dealer we'd seen and Bob was great - very professional, understanding, and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. After looking over several options, I decided on a 2007 Yamaha VStar Classic (650) with a windshield and side bags - the bike's in mint condition and I got a GREAT deal. My riding buddy picked up a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan with a similar great deal. Grabbed a couple of helmets and jackets from the accessory store and spent 2 hours roaming with the bike to check them out. During Bikeweek had a rear Tire come apart on my 03 VTX 1800. I checked with 5 other dealers that were closer to where I was at, nothing! I called Champions Honda Cocoa Beach on the phone, they had tire in stock, service dept said if your here in 30 minutes we will get you in and out. I was there within the 30 minutes and they did just what they said. I was out of there in less then an hour, new tire mounted and bike test rode to make sure it was done right, very happy with the price as well. I highly recommend this Honda Dealer!
